Lithium 35.10 alpha build

Lithium went live on the server today, please find the link to the mod dowload page in the Rules andServer access column.

Frequent players may find that their stats on bases and jumpholes have changed. Thats due to them having been deleted from savegames files. Should keep things a little tidier and reduce the lagtastic errors that were probably generated before.

Features from the previous version include a new system, lots of completed systems, a few more ships and a couple more factions ~he says, understating 4 months of hard work~
