It states clearly in their blurb that Virgin will reconnect me in my new house within twooks of moving in. I called them last week to tell them I was moving and they told me that the wheels would be greased and I would have my internet within two weeks.
Guess what, Virgin sends me a nice overly excited informal letter saying that I will be reconnected on the 7th of march. Hooray!!!!!
Six weeks from calling them, six bloody weeks to kick BT Connect into a job they should be doing themselves. Feckless, totally feckless, timewasters.
